7. Tips & Best Practices

Use your company email – Personal emails may not be accepted for employer accounts

Enable "Remember me" on office computers – But disable on shared workstations

Use LinkedIn sign-in if you manage your company page – Faster authentication for LinkedIn company admins

Keep credentials secure – Share login details only with authorized team members

Set up multi-user access – If multiple people need access, create separate accounts rather than sharing credentials

8. Common Mistakes

Using personal email instead of company email – Employer accounts require business email addresses

Selecting the wrong tab – Job seekers accidentally trying to sign in via the Employer tab

Forgetting which social account was used – Mixing up Google vs LinkedIn sign-in methods

Using job seeker credentials – If you have both accounts, ensure you're using the correct login

Not completing company profile setup – Signing in before finishing registration may cause access issues

9. Troubleshooting

Problem: "Invalid email or password" error

Solutions:

  • Verify you're using your company email (not personal)
  • Check that the "Employer" tab is selected
  • Try password reset if you're unsure of your password
  • Contact support if you recently changed your email
Problem: Can't access after registration

Solutions:

  • Check if you received a verification email
  • Complete all required steps in the registration process
  • Wait a few minutes for account activation
  • Clear browser cache and try again
Problem: Social sign-in redirects to wrong account type

Solutions:

  • Ensure you registered as an employer, not a job seeker
  • Try signing in with email/password instead
  • Contact support to verify account type
Problem: Multiple team members need access

Solutions:

  • Check if your plan supports multiple users
  • Create separate employer accounts for each team member
  • Use the "Administrator Setup" feature (if available)
  • Contact support about team access options
